Vicious Cycle is a Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band based in Northeast Ohio that plays all the hits of one of the best bands of all time. Vicious Cycle came to birth when members Mike Edmonson "aka" Cherokee and (former bassist) Al Adkins of Shattered Dreamz were approached by many promoters and fans who saw their southern rock band Shattered Dreamz and suggested they search the Ohio area for the final keys for a Skynyrd project. It was evident by the responses they received for paying tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd in their sets that they decided it was time to form one of the best Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute bands in Ohio. So came the birth of Vicious Cycle. The members of Vicious Cycle have all opened for many national acts such as Lizzy Bordon, Robin Trower,ZZ Top, The Godz, Fair Weather,Tyrant,YNT,Pat Travers,The Birds,The White, Dickey Betts&Great Southern Band,The Outlaws. Vicious Cycle takes pride in paying tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd and it shows in their performances. Every member of Vicious Cycle has 30+ years each in the music business.
Vicious Cycle is the real deal! Absolute best Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band ever!!! Exceptional musicians and great vocals. I've seen Skynyrd 28 times and if you go see Vicious Cycle and close your eyes you can't tell them apart
